This series of photos is of an anonymous spiritual fellowship and their picnic. Their anonymity is distinguished here, as they do not hide from the public but rather do not announce themselves. The pictures were taken just after noon in the midst of summer. (Monday, May 30 Memorial Day 2005)

Another part of summer fun: water balloons! Here a man volunteers for the children to have a shot. The background shows off other youngsters swinging and climbing on the playground and the adults enjoying their company. The plant-life here truly holds the key to the warmth in summer.
